We're sorry to see you go. This article explains the difference between deactivating and permanently deleting your account.

Deactivating vs. Deleting

• Deactivating: This is a temporary measure. Your account and data will be hidden, but you can reactivate it later by simply logging back in. Your subscription will be cancelled to prevent future charges.
• Deleting: This is permanent and irreversible. All of your data, projects, and files will be permanently erased from our servers after a short grace period.

How to Proceed

To either deactivate or delete your account, you must be the account owner. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Account Settings'. At the bottom of the page, you will find the options to 'Deactivate Account' or 'Permanently Delete Account'. Please read the confirmation prompts carefully before proceeding.
