Keeping Your Account Secure
Security is a shared responsibility. Here are some best practices we recommend for all teams to keep your data safe.
1. Use Strong, Unique Passwords
Avoid using simple passwords or reusing passwords from other services. We recommend using a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords for each service you use.
2. Enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
As an administrator, you can require all members of your organization to enable 2FA. This is the single most effective way to prevent unauthorized account access. You can enforce this in your Admin > Security Settings.
3. Regularly Review User Access
Periodically review the list of users in your account. Remove anyone who no longer needs access to your organization's data. Ensure that user roles are set appropriately according to the principle of least privilege.
4. Be Wary of Phishing
Be cautious of emails or messages asking for your login credentials. We will never ask you for your password. Always verify that you are on our official website before entering your credentials.
