Problems Uploading Files?

If you're having trouble uploading files, here are a few things to check.

File Size Limits

There is a limit on the size of individual files you can upload. This limit depends on your subscription plan. Check the 'Billing' page for details on your plan's limits.

File Type Restrictions

For security reasons, we do not allow certain file types to be uploaded. If you try to upload a restricted file type, you will see an error message.

Network Connection

A slow or unstable internet connection can sometimes cause uploads to fail. Please ensure you have a stable connection and try again.
