Bug Report: Search Function not respecting keyword variations

We've been experiencing issues with the community search functionality. It appears that the search is not correctly handling variations of keywords, such as pluralization or different tenses. For example, a search for 'reporting' will not return posts that only contain the word 'report'. This makes it very difficult for our users to find relevant information unless they guess the exact terminology used in the original post. We expect the search to have some level of semantic understanding and stemming. Is this a known issue, or is there a setting we can adjust to improve the search behavior? Accurate search is critical for a self-service community.
