Feature Request: Customizable Agent Statuses
FeaturedThe default agent statuses (e.g., 'Online', 'Away', 'Invisible') are a good start, but they don't fully capture the nuances of our team's workflow. We would love the ability to create custom agent statuses, such as 'In a Meeting', 'On a Call', 'Training', or 'Lunch'. This would provide much-needed visibility into what our team members are doing and would help us better manage our resources. For example, if a manager sees that several agents are 'In a Meeting', they would know not to assign them any new tickets. This would also improve communication within the team, as agents would have a clearer understanding of each other's availability. Please consider adding this much-needed feature!
