Bug Report: Pasting content from Google Docs into articles breaks formatting
FeaturedWhenever we try to create a new knowledge base article by pasting content from a Google Doc, the formatting becomes completely corrupted. Bullet points and numbered lists lose their indentation, hyperlinks are stripped out, and extra line breaks are inserted everywhere. This forces us to spend a significant amount of time manually reformatting every single article, which is incredibly inefficient. We have tried using the 'Paste as plain text' option, but then we lose all the bolding and italics as well. The rich text editor should be able to handle pasted content from a standard source like Google Docs without breaking. This issue is seriously hindering our ability to produce and update documentation in a timely manner. We need a WYSIWYG editor that works as expected.
