Feature Request: A More Robust and Customizable Agent Dashboard
The current agent dashboard is too rigid and doesn't give us the flexibility we need. Every agent has a different workflow, and the one-size-fits-all approach isn't working. I would love to see a customizable dashboard where agents can add, remove, and rearrange widgets. For instance, I might want to see my assigned tickets, my CSAT score, and a list of unsolved tickets in my group, all on one screen. Another agent might prefer to see a feed of all new tickets in the system. Allowing us to build our own dashboards would empower agents to focus on the information that is most relevant to them, leading to increased efficiency and a greater sense of ownership. This would be a massive quality-of-life improvement for the entire support team.
