Enterprise Guide: Configuring SAML SSO
For enhanced security and convenience, you can enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization, allowing users to log in using your corporate identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, G Suite).
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator on our platform.
- You must have administrative access to your SAML 2.0-compliant identity provider (IdP).
Configuration Steps
- Navigate to Admin > Security > Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Enable the SAML option.
- We will provide you with an Entity ID and an Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL.
- In your IdP, create a new application for our service and enter the Entity ID and ACS URL provided.
- Your IdP will generate metadata for you. This may be a URL or an XML file. Enter the metadata URL or upload the XML file into our SSO settings page.
- Save your configuration and test the connection.
For detailed, provider-specific instructions, please refer to our advanced SSO documentation.
