Idea: Deeper Integration with Slack for Real-Time Notifications
Pinned FeaturedOur team lives in Slack, and constantly switching back to check for updates here is a major workflow interruption. A basic notification is a start, but a deeper integration would be a game-changer. We'd love to see customizable notifications where we can define which events trigger an alert in a specific channel. For example, a new 'Urgent' ticket could post to our #support-fires channel, while a customer reply could go to the #support-main channel. It would also be incredibly useful if the Slack message included key details like the ticket ID, subject, and requester, with a direct link back. This would allow us to triage and assign issues without ever leaving Slack, saving us significant time and improving our response rates.
