Idea: 'Snooze' functionality for tickets
FeaturedWe often have tickets where we are waiting for a response from a third party or a future event to occur. The current 'On-hold' status is not ideal for this, as it doesn't bring the ticket back to our attention. We would love to see a 'Snooze' feature that would allow us to temporarily remove a ticket from our active queue and have it automatically reappear at a specified date and time. For example, we could snooze a ticket for 7 days, and then it would automatically change its status back to 'Open' and pop up in our main view. This would be a game-changer for managing tickets that are not immediately actionable.
