Feature Request: Add support for Markdown in ticket comments

As a developer who frequently interacts with support, I find the lack of Markdown support in ticket comments to be a significant pain point. It's very difficult to share code snippets, log files, or even just emphasize certain points without proper formatting. The current rich text editor is okay for basic formatting, but it's clunky and doesn't handle code well at all. Being able to use backticks for inline code and triple backticks for code blocks would be a massive improvement. It would make my comments much more readable for your support agents and would save me a lot of time trying to format my messages. This is a standard feature in many other platforms, and I'm surprised it's not available here. Please consider adding this to your roadmap.
