Bug Report: The 'Next Ticket' Button is Not Working Properly

We've been experiencing an issue where the 'Next Ticket' button is not working properly. When we click on it, instead of taking us to the next ticket in the queue, it takes us to a random ticket. This is making it very difficult for our agents to work through their queues in an organized and efficient manner. We've tried clearing our browser cache and have tested this on multiple browsers, but the issue persists. This is a major disruption to our workflow, and we need it to be fixed as soon as possible. Please investigate this issue and let us know when we can expect a resolution. Our agents are getting very frustrated with this bug.
