Bug Report: Inconsistent Text Formatting in Knowledge Base Articles

We've noticed that the text formatting in our knowledge base articles is behaving inconsistently. Sometimes, when we copy and paste text from a Google Doc, the formatting is preserved perfectly. Other times, it's completely stripped out, and we have to manually reformat everything. We've also seen instances where the font size and color change randomly after an article is published. This makes it difficult to maintain a consistent look and feel for our documentation. We're using the standard WYSIWYG editor and have tried pasting with and without formatting, but the results are unpredictable. This is a frustrating and time-consuming issue that is impacting the quality of our knowledge base.
