Question: How can I use the API to bulk update user profiles?

We have a large number of user profiles that we need to update with new information. We have the data in a CSV file, and we would like to use the API to bulk update the profiles rather than doing it manually. I have been looking at the API documentation, but I'm not sure what the best way to do this is. Can someone please provide me with some guidance on how to use the API to bulk update user profiles?
