Feature Request: 'Internal Note' option in the mobile app
Our team frequently uses the mobile app to manage tickets on the go. However, a major limitation is the inability to add internal notes. We can only add public replies. This forces us to wait until we're back at our desks to add important context or updates for other agents. It would be a huge improvement if the mobile app had a clear toggle or button to switch between a 'Public Reply' and an 'Internal Note', just like the desktop interface. This would allow us to collaborate more effectively and keep our ticket history clean and organized, without having to send public replies that are really meant for internal team members. I think this is a critical feature for any team that relies on the mobile app for serious ticket management.
